The battle system is not that bad afterall, one thing i gotta say tho, this game's presentation is fantastic! i just fought metal face Xord and the cinematics, the voice acting ( in japanese for me) are simply marvelous.

    • Physical copy, and yeah, I did, but I didn't have to. I wanted the space for more games though.

    • The english dub is really good! i just prefer the original language in my media be it video games or video entertainment, Yea the wii version is dual audio which is great.

    • There was some pretty sweet stuff on the Wii, though. The Mario Galaxies, Dead Space: Extraction, Monster Hunter Tri, to name a few.

    • I agree but the nunchuk and wii mote makes everything not fun for me.....and no hd is kindof innacceptable.

I find myself playing only for the story, who the heck thought that a mmo style battle system would be good in a single player rpg,...ugh engage enemy and go make a sandwich battle system.

Just got this for Wii, and Folklore and Thor for PS3... Mainly after the first two, but was given Thor for nothing.

I've really wanted to play this game for a while, but i never felt like paying the price till now. I guess I could have predicted the game would go out of stock in most stores because of the popularity of Shulk in SSB.4, but not a single GameStop in Indiana has this game! I could be wrong, but the nearest store that had the game was in nearby state. That might just be where I live in Indiana though.

    • Are you looking for the wii or 3ds version?

    • I want the Wii version > 3DS version.

I could wait for a local trade shop to get the game, but that means the game could get more pricier during that time. I think it's just the best with ordering it online in my situation.

No wonder they are bringing out a 3DS game, the Wii game is going for like $90. Rather pay that over buying a "New" 3DS though.

    • @iamDTS According to that link New and "Collectible" are expensive but you can get it used starting at $20 and $30 if you want it used with the case and manual which isn't really that outrageous.

    • in italy, if you want an used copy of FFVII with both manual and case, the starting price is 40€ for platinum, it can easily increase to 80 for a black label one

We need more British and/or Australian dubs in games.

    • Everyone's British in this. Same goes for all the other late JRPG's on the Wii - Pandora's Tower, The Last Story, Xenoblade Chronicles - as they were brought over by Nintendo Europe.

    • @ThaDjinn I'll need to set up all the programs again, because I haven't used my soft modded wii for four or five years now O_o Ahhh I just want to play the bloody game! Of all the JRPGS I've played, this one NEEDS to be played :P I feel like there wasn't much effort put into the 3DS version...

    • Well that certainly sucks, I mean all this about the 3DS version.... and look what can be done with the new 3DS, Monster Hunter IV looks more like a Wii U game than a 3DS game. Or uh, a AAA Vita exclusive, when they used to make those. If they get more sweet examples like that, then I may consider getting one even though I have a 3DS already.
