Been just over a week since I started using this again, and I can already tell you I don't regret it. Just over 5.5 lbs lost already with the combination of this and actually eating healthily for once.
Woo 19 minute workout and burned 58 calories!
Sun salutation, moon pose, plank, push ups and side planks, and arm and leg ups! :) Yeah I need to get my x box up and running again I'm going crazy ;)
