White KNight Chronicles 2 comes with the First game and also the sequel all on one blue ray disc, this was just an added bonus to this game. I played and finished the first games story and a week later White Knight Chronicles 2 came out, I was not only shocked but excited to play the sequel.
The difference between the first and the second. The battle system changes, the battle system has 3 different styles of weapon attacks (I never used to bow weapon style so I am not sure if this confirms it), you have a overhead swing, and thrust and a regular slash attack. Enemies are to take extra damage from one of these three attack styles which make it easier to understand what type of enemy you are fighting.
The Ark Battle system has changed dramatically which make it easier to use and understand.
And to boot, the story is amazing as the first.
Really really really long epic story
Battle system upgraded, more smoother input and faster battles.
Leveling system upgraded to a whole new level (yeah I did that)
Online has been upgraded with town expansion and town creation.
Online questing has been upgraded, better connections and just a smoother questing system.
Comes with the first game.
Second games story seems rushed and is easy to complete.
The custom character creators Ark is difficult to level up (I had issues leveling my custom characters Ark)
Battling the bosses and quests monsters are easier than the regular spawning monsters you find out in the world.
Harvesting became a little too easy for my liking, I liked walking all throughout the map to find certain harvestable ingredients, instead I can find them just around the cornor from a small mob of kibbles.
All in all this was a great sequel and having the first game included was an added bonus. If you love JRPG's and would like to play I would find the best JRPG of 2011 / 2012 than this is the game for you.
