After starting it numerous times I finally finished Plants vs Zombies. It's a game I've always loved but, for some reason, always ended up distracted by the roof levels and started playing something else.

The main game was fun but I've been blown away by how cool the mini games are! The Beghouled and Portal Kombat ones were especially cool. Beghouled is like Bejewled where you have a full screen of plants and can swap any two to make a line of 3 whcih explode into sunlight. Your goal is to get 75 matches however the zombies are coming the entire time and they eventually eat down your plants (although I never had them make it past the first column). Portal Combat was like a normal PvZ level but with portals. The portals moved at random so you had to stagger your defences accordingly to ensure a portal didn't render your attacks useless.
Surprisingly (to me) the post "story" content is heaps better than the core game itself. They manage to get the blend of instructional story, fun and clever modes just right. For a mobile game this is 10/10 for me!
