The only ones I've downloaded so far have been Xbox Live Arcade games. All the other major games I either already own, or just had no interest in. The size of this game is HUGE, though. It's 7.01 GB. This is going to take a while...

Hitman: Blood Money was the first, and so far only, Hitman game I played and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Decided I would go and play the other Hitman games. Since Absolution is the sequel to Blood Money and considering it's free right now, that's the next one I'm tackling. After that, I will probably get and play the HD trilogy.

    • I'm considering the HD. Absolution is brilliant, by the way. Very fun and the achievements are pretty easy as well for the most part. Overall the game is a 6/10 in difficulty for achievements though. Also, have to agree that I haven't found any of their other offers for GWG very good at all because I've either been disinterested or had the games.

    • It sucks that the HD trilogy includes Blood Money instead of the first game, Codename 47. Isn't Blood Money already HD? It did come out for the 360 and PS3 after all. That doesn't make too much sense. Good thing I borrowed my Dad's copy of Blood Money, that way at least I won't feel like paying twice for the same game. Good to know Absolution is good, though. Really excited to play it. Yeah, GWG (in my opinion) has sucked for the most part. Absolution will be the fourth title I download from ALL the games they've offered.

It's actually not even my game. I borrowed it off my Dad because he never plays it, and I always had a very slight interest in the series.

Overall, pretty awesome game. I highly enjoyed it. I like how it's not really linear. The game doesn't point you in a certain direction and tell you what to do. It just gives you your targets, along with some minor info. After that, you're on your own. You have to figure out how you're gonna kill them and complete the mission. I liked that. Probably gonna do some more playthroughs to earn more of the achievements, though I doubt I'll go for ALL of them. Hell, I might even pick up Absolution and the HD Trilogy at some point so I can experience the rest of the series.

    • Absolution is definitely different, that's for sure. You may not like it as much, like many fans of the older Hitman games.

There's a good mixture of classic sandbox-style levels (which are excellent) and more linear stealth action levels not unlike the Batman Arkham games.

    • Well, since this was my first experience with the series, I might enjoy Absolution more-so than other fans who have been there since the beginning. Most-likely I will play Absolution before I touch the older ones in the HD Trilogy.

    7. A sequel you thought was as good if not better than the original game.

More often than not the sequel is what makes or breaks the franchise. They can improve on the original (Pokemon: Gold & Silver) or miss the mark entirely (Dragon Age II). Sometimes, a franchise can have an awful sequel and then come back from it (Deus Ex -> Invisible War -> Human Revolution).

To me, the best sequels is Hitman: Blood Money. Not only is it my favorite game of all time, but it takes what made Hitman and Hitman 2 good and perfects it, with masterful level design, nearly endless replayability, and a fantastic musical score. And while it's by no means a pretty game, the graphics are not bad for it's time.

Even though Hitman Absolution wasn't as good as Blood Money, it's still incredibly fun. Can't wait for Hitman 6.

I love stealth and this game does it so well. Of course the AI has its flaws and it can be pretty annoying sometimes, but again, this was 2006 and its an impressive game for that time. Not to mention it looks great for this time. Totally a stealth game I would recommend to a friend and so on, if you're interested in it and you enjoy stealth games, this one might be the right game for you! :D
