    • I couldn't get into the gameplay. liked the mystery of it all, but I tried very hard to get into the meat of it and I couldn't. I even bought the DLC blind cause I anticipated I would like it more. I guess in the end it wasn't for me. :(

    • Exactly what happened to me.

The story was well enough but the gameplay...ugh..I just could not find a way to enjoy the actual gameplay at all. I found it tedious and awkward.

I understand this is an older game but I am finding difficult to stay focused. I can explorer which is key in the game because every time I come back to any areas I clearer, there are the monsters again. It was cool the first couple of dozen times, but now I feel like its work. I'm trying, but I think this game may find itself sold and if that's the case, it would be the first one if sold in very long time.

    • This was my very first game on the PS3. Not the bad game, even if a bit boring.

    • Sometimes I get confused, but the combat and music is very nice. I like to change outfits also. :)

I feel like a detective, that's for sure.

All I know is that this and Heavenly Sword were one of the few games which were first released for the PS3 during its introduction into the market.

I still see a few stray copies of Heavenly Sword for the PS3 which I would buy in a heartbeat if I ever get to own a PS3, but I've never seen a physical copy of Folklore :/

    • well...I like thief, splinter cell, hitman and dishonored though....and I'm surprised at myself; normally, I'd go in CoD style guns blazing....but I have devoted substantial time in getting to the end of levels in stealth based games without taking a life if possible.

I guess I just don't like killing people who are 'only doing their jobs' at heart.

    • It was like my very first game played on PS3. Finished it 100%, but it didn't even have trophies at the time. I think I've still got it somewhere... The game itself is a nice onetimer.

Finally got around to finishing up Folklore. I'm a huge of fan of the character design, ghostbuster capturing system, and story. However going thru the endgame, especially the final area, was unpleasant.
