Platinum trophy # 90 overall and # 17 on PS4.
100% game completion # 120 overall and # 23 on PS4.
Yes, I got pretty much infected by the Disney Infinity games and decided to plat this as soon as possible to not get tempted that much to buy new character figurine (which I love). I’m usually just not really interested in a game anymore when there are no more trophies to achieve. Anyway, haven’t even played the playset here, maybe I will do this because I like co-op games with my buddy. The Toybox was a bit more fun on the 3.0 version but I even haven’t really been building my own level or so. The Platinum was quite easy by the way. Just finding other players online in the arcade took some time.
Platinum trophy # 89 overall and # 59 on PS3.
100% game completion # 119 overall and # 71 on PS3.
Since my buddy loves Lego games and we did not get the Platinum trophy on this one back then because of the two player ‘bug’, he decided to start this over again and this time, the missing characters were counting when purchased and so after 1.938 days after starting it in June 2010, we finally got this shiny Platinum trophy. It’s always good to get some of that unfinished stuff out of the way.
Platinum trophy # 88 overall and # 16 on PS4.
100% game completion # 118 overall and # 22 on PS4.
Not much more to say, the Marvel playset was fun in co-op, the Toyboy was more fun in this version and some trophies were a bit time consuming, but after all still pretty easy. I like the concept and love the character figurines.
Platinum trophy # 87 overall and # 58 on PS3.
100% game completion # 117 overall and # 70 on PS3.
The Platinum Trophy also is – pretty much on purpose – my trophy # 6.000 (the 4th Platinum Trophy one a 1.000-milestone) and – that was not really planned – leveled me up from 28 to 29. Since I started this game back in March 2010, it also is my slowest Platinum Trophy so far AND the game with the biggest gap between first and last trophy: 2.053 days.
But enough of my nerd statistics :) The game still is amazing and looks so stunning and polished – I don’t really want to call it ‘last gen’ (okay, some movements are REALLY awkward). I know, the sceneries are usually quite small, but still they put really great grain filters, light shader, decent glow effects, blur effects into it, to create a very capturing look. Most of the characters, look more lively and convincing that what I have seen on the PS4 so far.
Also the story is really good. Finished the story back then, so there were no surprises for me, but maybe that just made me appreciate it more. Anyway, to me this is a true PS3 classic and I am glad I finally found the time to honor this game by platting it.
