AVP Demo - Multiplayer Demo that is fun but...

Downloaded AVP Demo that requires 1.2GB is a lot. Tried the demo and it's just one mode that we can play - Team Deathmatch for up to 8 players only. Connecting with friends whom have the same demo is good... but while setting up a session takes very long to connect to any players.

Anyway, manage to play two matches and I enjoy it. For starters, the game random picks the character for you to play. While both of my characters are Marines, using the Pulse Rifle seriously brings back good memories.

I am looking forward to the full product... if only I had enough cash to buy the collector's edition... sigh...

Wait... where is my trophy!?!?

Currently I am Battleship Tirpitz mission. It wasn't easy playing "Veteran" but I manage to get the hang of it after being shot many times. Playing British missions are fun but quite a challenge. Still, I notice something amiss when it comes to trophies.

As I check, there are three trophies I have yet to obtain - Tank Breaker, Rocket's Red Glare & Finish Berlin. What I did not realize was how these trophies works until... I do some searching online. After finishing the American mission I realize there is one trophy I miss - Tank Breaker. And then when I check, it's story related and can't be miss.

Wait... can't be miss?!?!?

Then I read again and it says "two tanks". Two tanks?!? Where are they? I thought I just race out of the compound and the mission is over. Got the Exfil trophy but no Tank Breaker trophy...

That mission (Strasshoff, Germany) is seriously quite a challenge but I don't remember if there are two tanks around. And a bunker?!? Then I read "Tank Breaker" trophy is more of... Benouville, France (day) mission, which is the British first mission.

What the hell?!?

That mission is a killer for Veteran. And looks like I have to go through all that again just to get the trophy... sigh.

Juggling between Modern Warfare 2 & Tekken 6, once a while I go back to Call of Duty Classic. It's a good game to play once a while and quite a straight-forward challenge to obtain trophies. Maybe I finished everything... and then, I just play Rookie to get the "Tank Breaker" trophy... if there is no glitch (like what happen to me in Call of Duty: World At War that I blog in my previous post last year).
