You can do it by yourself, but your right about having to be online. Easiest way is to find a ranked server that has zones but is pinging low and has zero people in it. Just capture all the zones to lvl 3 including with your own home base, then bring the enemy home base down. Make sure you meet all the trophy requirements as the round ends as the trophy is awarded at the end of the round.
