1. How do I add games to my profile?

Visit the My Games page and use the 'Add games' text box to begin entering the title of the game you want to add. The text box should begin suggesting titles to you as you type more letters - so keep typing until you see the game title you wish to add then click the 'Add' button by hovering over the game name. Once you have clicked this if the game features on multiple platforms then you will be asked to pick a platform for the game you want to add. Once you have done this by click okay the game will appear on your 'All games' page. You can always undo this action by clicking 'Undo' just above the search box.

2. How do I add Platforms to my profile?

To add Platforms you simply need to go the 'My Games' page and look to the middle right side of the screen. There you will see the 'add platforms' manager. Simply click 'Manage' in this section and you will be able to select the platforms you own from a pre-determined list. Once you have found a platform you want to add just click the add button and the platform will instantly be added to your profile! If you made a mistake or want to remove a platform for any reason simply hover over the 'x' symbol to the right hand side of the platform and click it and the platform will be instantly removed.

3. How do I add my top 10 games?

It's actually really easy! Just go to your 'My Games' page and you'll see at the top of the page the 'Top 10 games' section. To begin either click on 'Manage' in the top right hand corner and a set of drop down lists should appear under all of the boxarts. You can then use these to select games you have already added. You may have to add the game via the 'Add game' interface if it is not appearing in the list. Also it's pretty obvious but we'll mention it anyway; you cant have more than one instance of the same game appearing in your top ten list in multiple positions.

4. What is the Game Tracker and how do I use it?

The game tracker is a way for you to stay informed about the games you care about. It feeds you all of the activity that has been happening for that game on the site. For example it tells you if there has been a new forum topic, if someone has replied to your thread, if there has been a new quiz question for that game or if someone has submitted a new rating, review, image or video . We also take news from the major gaming sites and display this for you so you are always up to date with new information.

To use it simply go to your 'Dashboard' (make sure you are logged in) and click on the 'Manage link' under your Game Feed. From here you can type a game name in the search box and game names should start appearing as you type. Once you see the game title you wish to start tracking hover over it with your mouse and click on the add button. This should add the game to your tracker. If you made a mistake or want to remove the game for any reason you can click the undo button which appears above this section. To finish you can click the 'Close' link in the top right section of the game. You can also add games to the tracker by visiting the game page and clicking on 'Track this game' next to the boxart.

5. How do I submit a quiz question?

To add a quiz question visit the 'Submit quiz question' page. There is a link to this page below each quiz question on the quiz itself. When on this page you will be asked to provide a question title, picture (optional) up to 5 answers and to link it to a game (optional). If you do not link it to a game it will not appear on the game page for this game so it is a good idea if you want to maximise exposure for your question to do this (unless the question is not about a particular game of course).

6. How do I edit my profile page?

To edit your profile visit the 'Edit profile' page. There is a link to this page in the top right of your profile. Once on this page you will be able to edit your personal details, privacy settings, gaming rig & avatar.

7. How do I add friends?

To add friends you must visit that persons profile and click 'add to friends' in the top right section.

8. How do I rate/review a game?

There are multiple ways you can rate/review a game. The first is via the game page in the top right of this page. You can select a star rating by hovering over the stars and click on the appropriate number of starts you want to rate the game and clicking on submit rating. You can undo the rating by clicking on the red stop icon to the left of the star rating. If you want you may also leave a review of the game by typing in the text box below.

The second is via the dashboard. At the bottom of this page we display the games you have added but not yet rated. However if you want to quickly rate all of your games, the best option is to go the 'Quick rate' page. On here we display all of your games which you have rated and which you haven't. Simply enter a rating and/or comment for each game then click 'submit' at the bottom of the page.

9. I can't watch videos on the video page?

If you're having a problem viewing the videos then the first thing you need to do is make sure you have the latest version of Macromedia Flash and web browser installed on your computer (we recommend Firefox). After that, if still no luck, submit a bug report using the link at the top of the page, telling us which video (include URL), what browser/OS you have, and sending a link to a screenshot of what happens if possible.
