Monster drop armor pieces and sometimes chests or barrels do too. Though when visiting towns you can buy Armors.

Answered the question: Has anyone had the problem of not being able to Trade after you have restored... – view all questions
in order to prevent copying of items online through copying of save data, s2 has disable trade when the save file is modified. there is no way to fix it and if u want to trade online u will have to do it on a new save data or do it on the original save file on the original ps3

A really good game that has most of the elements of a decent 'Diablo' style game but just lacks depth.
Do'nt particularly like the graphically style of it.
