It depends if your daughter is young or not, I wouldn't recommend this one if she is younger then 10, the game i spretty fast paced and will become easily dull for a younger child due to it's linearity when you can't solve the 'puzzles'. I'd give her a normal pokemon game ...

You are in a cart on a rail being moved forward automatically without being able to stop, you can interact with the pokemone, making them do certain things in a puzzle solving way, let certain pokemons do certain things to get better photos but that's it, the game is pretty fun and challengin...

Well this isnt like any other pokemon game, its a completely different gameplay style. For a pokemon game I reccomend getting Platinum or waiting for Heart Gold and Soul Silver.

You are being driven through different locales on a Pokémon island, while all you're doing is taking photos of Pokémon. That's all there is to it, you cannot take control of any of them yourself.

Pokemon Snap is one of my personal favorite games. I highly, highly recommend it. I assume you will be downloading it for Wii?
