i'm stuck at Chapter 11 on Crushing.

i can kill the first wave (with help from the sniper) but then i run over to the gattling gun, i mow down basically everyone. but then i get shot and die.....i don't know where i get shot from though?

so any tips for the 2nd wave?

Just aim for the far window, what you are doing is a good strategy. Just make sure you see everybody that jumps down from that window and if anyone gets past, make sure you know their location. You'll want to kill them as fast as you can... never have more than three alive at a time or you'll probably die.

There will be one guy that usually gets past me... he usually runs around to the left (when you're in the gatling gun). So if you're getting shot from somewhere, I would check over to the left.

I'm stuck on the graveyard level. where your up top with a sniper and there are loads of enemys on the ground, Grenade / Rocket Launchers and snipers.

Oh i'll ask this in advance....there is a 99.99% chance that i will get stuck on "Race to the Rescue" (Courtyard / inside church area with sully)

oh god yes, i was dreadding doing that bit the whole way through crushing...  naw seriously it just takes a bit of concentration.. and working out a routine that works.. same as the level you are on...

will never understand how people found crushing so hard

me n'either sure it was harder than hard but it was still kind of easy cause the energy always refilled

I just got the pistol out and quickly shot the 2 guys below in the head. Then hide and get the 2 snipers and grenade launcher. But watch out for the shotgun guy coming up the stairs.

Once they are all down run up the stairs and more come out, just retreat to a hiding place and pick them off 1 at a time.

Crushing was pretty easy, you just have to take your time sometimes and let them come to you.

I found the water part with the pillars the hardest bit as it's hard to find somewhere to hide. If you can do Hard, you can do Crushing..i really didn't find a difference.

the easiest for me was to use the Super Slow Motion...

try it if you have it unlocked.

Cant use unlocks during your first time through Crushing.

Here's a tip for CH20 "race to the rescue". when your inside the church after you take out the first wave. Leave the church, the door is still open so you can leave and head down the stairs and take cover. A couple of guys will rush you outside, but the rest will stay and shot Sully. Just walk to the door and pick them off.

Actually Blitzwing, that part can be extremely easy. If you backtrack to the truck before you drop into the cistern, the enemies will come out and you can shoot them from safety.

As for the graveyard part, I didn't find the first part with the sniper gun as hard as I found the part afterwards. Once you clear everyone and walk up the stairs, more guys come out with shotguns, and I thought it was really hard to get them all before they got to you (since they had shotguns it was a 1 hit death). I found the only way I could do this was to roll up the stairs and hide behind the first pillar, then immediately throw a few grenades (ahead of the guys). I was able to kill four of them at a time this way, and then I could shoot the rest before they got to me.

lol. i posted this , then completed the game and got a Platnium. didn't even look at this thread. And it was easier than i thought. after i got past the stupid grave yard, i did Chapter's 19 - 22 without a singledeath...yes you read that right.
