i tried to get this trophy last nite i tried using the Mortar Towers and nxt round i try to use only the Cannon Towers and was denied im curious which tower im i supposed to use

nobody know which tower im supposed to use? i've tried Mortars and Cannon's only but nothing

i thought i read somewhere that you unlock the ability to use remote bombs with the square button or something

You unlock them on one of the medium levels but I don't know if they are available for the challenge before you unlock them.  I just found out myself because I was trying to go for this trophy as well.

damn i only perfercted the 1st 7 lvls on Medium so i haven't unlocked bombs thnx guys

yes, got that trophy using 3 remote bombs. clear other towers before they shoot at boss (i did, to play it safe)

You do not need to unlock anything. All the abilities gained from Special 1-3 are given to you in Trophy Challenge. Just press 'Square' when you have 5 gems and press it again to blow the remote mine up.

That's exactly what I did - this is quite an easy trophy to get when you know how to use bombs isn't it

yeah it's square. i feel your pain though. i played it forever doing the same thing and couldn't figure out what they wanted from me. lol just be sure that after that last wave before the boss to get rid of the towers close to the front so that they don't get a hit in
