I saw in other forums that there is a 1.04 update up today for GTA 4 in Europe.

It won't come up on my PS3 (US) so im asking if there is anyone in any other place in the world (or in the US) that has this patch pop up?

Im hoping it will fix my multiplayer problems allowing me to get those trophies

so does anyone have any news on this at all?

I've searched around a few forums and news sites but there's only speculation as to what it does, no concrete details about what it fixes or if it's UK only.

I'm sure proper deatils will pop up sooner or later. Keep checking N4G.com.

I've been searching and I cant find anything on it.

Im still hoping this update will come later tonight, i really need a fix for the trophies that are only in one sitting (glitch) & money money wont count, it deletes everytime i get off

BDBII has had some trouble but it works for me about 80% of the time, i really think/hope this fix will be for online levels not counting and for the trophies that dont let you do things over time (like I said above)

still no one from US had success DLing the patch?

I downloaded the patch (in Canada) this evening. It gives no clue as to what the patch does.

I really with Sony would get off their asses and build in patch note support, and require the companies to include notes when they push out updates like this. You could read the notes while the patch was downloading. You know, like PCs have been doing for about 15 years, or however damn long online patching has existed. It's not exactly new technology. ;)

Well, In the Aus. A lot of people have already been getting these trophies..

I live in the Netherlands and I downloaded the patch yesterday.

The only thing I've noticed is that when you switch radio stations (in the sp) you'll hear a sound.

ive got it, dont know what it does yet though

i have it too, but it has not helped my level to keep the money I earn, but it may (hopefully) have fixed the things you have to do in one session for trophies...

i got this update and spent a while trying to find out what it does.  i heard it fixes some problems with the eu servers overloading but dont qote me on that.

I had that bug too. Me and a friend of mine did all the co-op missions in time, but we didn't get the trophy.

Didn't fix the "Trophy in one-Session bug"

Did all the Multiplayer game modes, but no Auf Wiedersehen Petrovic Trophy..

nope it sure didnt, too bad, hopefully theyll fix that soon
