can sumone list the 9 people u have to assassinate i know 1 is vlad

Vlad isn't one of them thats another thing. :spoiler: When you open up Alderney I think Phil Bell calls you and tells you you can do jobs for money at a payphone outside the police station. An icon appears on your map anyway so it's easy to find. 

Yea, the assissination missions are easy, just answer the phone the go kill whoever.

The 9 assassin missions are:

1. Mihration control

2. Bailing out for good

3. Derelict Building

4. Rub Down

5. Water Hazard

6. Dead End

7. Industrial Action

8. Taken Out

9. Hook Line And Sinker

yea u go to a phone and it will ring and u answer it and kill ppl :)

if you have completed enough of the story there will be a crosshair icon on the map that is the missions. its not just a random pay phone.

Can anyone let me know approximately how far in the game you get it? I've played before and had 3 safehouses but never noticed that. I'm still only on the first safehouse with my new file so I'm wondering where to get it.

very close to the end it think, i would say 80% thru story (like 50-55% thru game, atleast)

if i remember these correctly, I just loaded up on a bunch of Sniper Rifle ammo, and parked a ways away, used the car as cover and just picked everyone off...probably the most fun and easiest of the side-quests.

 & yea, sniper is the way to go on most of these except for the ones with like 15 people, then its rocket time...
